Calling All Brides Who Blog!

If you are a bride who has her own blog, I want to hear from you! I am looking for smart, unique, and create brides from across the country who are blogging about all the details of their wedding. I’d like to feature thoughts and ideas from you and your wedding as occasional “guest bloggers” here on the Connecticut Wedding Blog. I am especially interested in Connecticut brides planning their wedding locally! New Feature: What Candice Loves

I was browsing the very tempting Decor8 blog yesterday afternoon and noticed the cool feature they have on their blog’s sidebar. I thought that The Connecticut Wedding Blog could use something similar, so I added the Wists feature to the right sidebar. What is wists, you might add? Well, its a form of micro-blogging where I can instantly bookmark and tag products and services I love for you! There some of my favorite web finds that I think you’ll enjoy. I plan on updating it weekly. I hope you guys enjoy it — and be sure to check out my first set of items!

Jubilee Events Now Featured in Grace Ormonde’s Wedding Style Magazine!

Hi everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your week. I have some pretty exciting news to share with you all. Jubilee Events as been chosen as one of Grace Ormonde’s platinum vendors for the 2009 wedding year! We were thrilled when we received the call last week and feel so honored to be amongst our talented peers. If you’ve never thumbed through the delicious Wedding Style Magazine, you must! It is available on newsstands now and has some decedent tablescapes, décor elements, floral arrangements, and wedding details. I especially love the New England edition of the magazine.

I am super excited to announce that Jubilee Events is listed among the industries top wedding planners, nationally, at the Elizabeth Ann Designs Library. Rebekah Ann and Ami Elizabeth have put together an “exhaustive list” of vendors, organized by professional category and state, to assist brides in finding the industries top tier of professionals. We are delighted and honored to be listed in this directory!
