it’s not too late to RSVP to our amazing destination inspiration event this Sunday, March 20th at The White Dress by the shore. Come out to mix and mingle with BRIDES Magazine and Jessica McCann Nana, editor of Destination Inspirations. Be inspired by our four destinations: Paris, Capri, Costa Rica and New England with nosh and nibbles by Emily’s Catering under a gorgeous Sperry Tent, creative floral design by Datura: A Modern Garden, photography by Carla Ten Eyck, music by Elan Artists, paper by Coral Pheasant Stationery + Design, sugar confections by Lovely Lollies, beauty tips and applications by famed artist DD Nickel, salsa dancing with Alisa, and cinematography by Jim Altieri’s Vintage Cinema.

Today is Alicia & Enzo’s Wedding Day!

What greater way to kick off our 2011 season than with Alicia and Enzo’s amazing old hollywood, vintage affair! Alicia is a dear friend and the store manager at The White Dress by the Shore. She’s helped SO many blushing brides down the aisle and now today it’s her turn! We can’t wait to see her custom Modern Trousseau gown, and all the details she and Enzo have so thoughtfully put together.Their guests are in for an amazing night filled with a lot of surprises, gorgeous details and old movies!

Congrats guys. We couldn’t be more honored to be with you today!

Bon Voyage: Costa Rica Here We Come!

In the studio today we’re putting the finishing touches on our itinerary for a new Costa Rican adventure with our amazing collaborative team! For the next week we will be sharing the amazing images of our April project with Stay In Costa Rica — a property and event management company representing the most luxurious properties on the Costa Rican Pacific! We’re traveling with an incredible team: Carla Ten Eyck Photography, The White Dress by the Shore, Datura: A Modern Garden, DD Nickel Beauty, Vintage Cinema, and MMH Marketing. A special shout out to three incredible vendors who contributed to our project on a substantial level but cannot be with us: The Metal Mermaid, Coral Pheasant, and love*jenna. You are with us in spirit– we’ll be drinking a mojito in your honor!

New Headshots by Carla Ten Eyck

I was lucky enough to have my very dear friend, Carla Ten Eyck, come by our studio to photograph our new space. We decided to take some fun new head shots, too, while she was here! Hair and makeup is courtesy of the every fabulous DD Nickel. That floral parasol? Well, of course it’s from Datura: A Modern Garden. Clothing by… well, do I really need to tell you? Cute little calling card? My girls at posh paperie, of course! xoxo!
