Announcing: A Jubilee Event E-Magazine

We are really excited to announce our newest endeavor! I’ve been working hard on designing and launching our new e-magazine, which will feature a curated selection of inspirational ideas and articles. From fashion to flowers and everything in between, every month we’ll send you a delicious newsletter of original content meant to inspire your next party, celebration or wedding. Jubilee Events featured on the COVER of Connecticut Bride and in 4 page fashion spread!

I’m so excited to share with you two major features in the newest issue of Connecticut Bride! Our amazing June wedding of Danielle and John, which was a true collaboration of the entire Jubilee team, made the cover of their Spring / Summer 2011 issue. This is the FIRST time Connecticut Bride has ever put a real bride on the cover! A testimate to the beautiful spirits and love shared between Danielle and John, and the beautiful photography from our dear friend, Carla Ten Eyck. Danielle’s gorgeous beauty was by Jennie Fresa, with fashion styling by The White Dress by the Shore. And that gorgeous, GORGEOUS bouquet? Elisabeth from BLUSH! You can see a recap of her wedding in our galleries, or, pick up the magazine to read their story!

Equally as exciting is the fashion spread Connecticut Bride asked our team to do for their magazine. We had been DYING to do a midsummer night’s dream styled shoot and thought this would be the perfect outlet. It was a bit challenging in the late fall to pull off, but so easy on the beautiful property at Lord Thompson Manor. We designed a shoot in rich colors of pink, green and purple and brought the mid summer by way of gorgeous flowers, garlands, and details. You’ll have to buy the magazine to see the images, but in the meantime, here are some fun behind-the-scenes! For the 4-page fashion shoot in Connecticut Bride our team was comprised of the best of the best! These behind-the-scenes shots are courtesy of Carla, Jazzy and Alison!

Happy 15th Anniversary Martha Stewart Weddings!

Martha Stewart Weddings celebrated their 15th Anniversary with a really spectacular party at the Plaza in New York. Carla Ten Eyck and I attended the event and had a blast! There were so many incredible and talented people in attendance and it was such a pleasure to meet all of them. Clearly, Martha Stewart Weddings is THE magazine in the industry — by far the most amazing — and we wish them 15 more years of success!
