		<description>Great advice Candace! I could never imagine having skipped my first dance. Ours was to &quot;God Only Knows&quot; by the Beach Boys. It was a huge, cross-generational, hit with our guests. I think all the baby boomers present thought it was cool that we picked a song from their era and our friends and peers recognized it for the timeless love song it is. We didn&#039;t choreograph it, and I fully expected the DJ to invite the bridal party to join in at the song&#039;s bridge (I originally thought that might take some of the pressure off), but he didn&#039;t and I was glad. Some of my favorite pictures from my wedding are from the first dance. My husband and I look so in love and the happy faces of our friends and family watching (and singing, or crying, or smiling...) make for some priceless memories. Great post!</description>
