I have been apart of this strong group of women at Jubilee Events since 2013. I graduated from Keene State College the previous year where I was a Vice President of my sorority Delta Phi Epsilon, planning charity, social, and recruitment events. I knew that I wanted to be an event planner, but after I graduated I found myself in a career I didn't set out to be in! When I found out I had received a position with Jubilee Events I had my good friend open up an envelope I had filled with glitter and confetti and throw it above my head! I am a big believer in the law of attraction, setting intentions, and how our thoughts become things. Since then the confetti, glitter, and champagne has never stopped flowing!!
My favorite part of the planning process is hearing how our couples have met! I believe so many pieces of design lay in those stories and I love being apart of how that story is displayed on their memorable day.
When I'm not busy dreaming and making plans with our couples I am outside chasing after my two-year-old Brayden! My family and I live in our own little piece of the woods in Griswold, CT where we love to be outdoors, on the boat, or chasing after our yellow lab Clouser!

1. A handful of blueberries
2. 1/3 cup agave syrup, sugar, honey
3. 2 thin slices peeled ginger
Muddle the blueberries, mint, agave, ginger, and sage leaves together for about one minute. Add lime juice and vodka to the mixture and shake for thirty seconds. Fill two glasses with ice and strain the mojito ingredients into the glass. It's OK to have blueberries and mint leaves end up in the glass - you want this!
Top off with a swig of club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with lime, blueberries, and sage!
4. 10 sage leaves, plus more for a garnish
5. 1.5 ounces lime juice
6. 4.5 ounces vodka
7. Sparkling water or club soda
