What is
We know this goes far beyond a beautiful tablescape, even though we love creating these. Every single moment matters, whether it’s during planning or the course of the event. There are no do-overs, which is why we meticulously focus on the many nuances that come with planning such a monumental event. We believe the key to a successful process is honesty, accessibility to our well-vetted resources, and connection with creatives who compliment your process.
We are committed to cultivating a personal process while prioritizing experience, integrity, communication, and kindness. This process is big and impactful, but it should also be fun and memorable for all the right reasons. You never realize how many memories are stored in a single photo, which is why we place such importance on the progression of building the experience and executing your celebration. We are the trusted engineers behind this process, and by marrying our knowledge and skills with your excitement, we are able to produce a personal and style-driven experience.

Family, post-wedding
Our clients are kind, down-to-earth, and always ready to celebrate life with joy and intention. They’re fun and engaging, embracing the energy of the moment while also cherishing the sentimental details that make each milestone meaningful. They see their wedding as more than just an event—it’s an experience, a story in the making, and a reflection of who they are. Nostalgic at heart, they love looking back at old photos, noticing the small details that capture a time, a place, and a feeling.
Our style is full of character. Those who come to us want a celebration that feels effortless, as if every detail was always meant to be there. It’s about creating an atmosphere where logistics and style work in harmony, ensuring every moment is as seamless as it is stunning. From custom escort displays that double as keepsakes to a ceremony backdrop inspired by the couple’s favorite city, Jubilee has helped bring visions to life in ways that feel uniquely true to each love story. The Jubilee client knows that the beauty of a wedding isn’t just in how it looks—it’s in how it feels, how it unfolds, and the memories it leaves behind.
The truth of the matter is, we’re more than a team. We’re like family. We’ve been a tight knit group since the beginning of Jubilee Events, and we all share the same philosophy: our job is to help you create a memory that will last a lifetime— and also have some fun while we’re doing it!
Our team approaches your wedding with a healthy background in events, celebrating, and people. Understanding from the perspective of our couples allows us to personalize the planning process to better fit your needs while guiding you intentionally throughout all steps of the planning and day-of experience.
Event planning, for me, was always a marriage of celebration, creativity, and community. I started off with planning events for my college campus. Homecoming, concerts (Spring Weekend with Red Man and Method Man was the most notable – I’ll have to tell you the story), and more – events of all sizes, styles, and purposes, and that’s where I really came to love the nuances, the ideas, and all the people we planned for along the way.
I decided to invest my time and skills into a chapter of events that was more creative with higher stakes. Enter the world of weddings and social celebrations! Now, 16 years later, I’m still deeply enamored with everything this role requires. I am constantly creating experiences and building pivotal moments from the ground up with the different couples, families, and love stories we are introduced to, and I get to do that daily in collaboration with some of the most creatively limitless people you’ll ever meet! Our events take us all along the East Coast, with our primary bases being North Carolina and New England. We're known for tented weddings and events on bare-bones properties, as these introduce more opportunity to create a personalized experience for our couples and their loved ones.
I got introduced to wedding planning when my friends started planning their own! They asked me to step in as their day-of-coordinator because I "seemed like I would be good at it". Little to say, their confidence in me helped propel my interest and passion! I started working in planning shortly after, followed by a position with Jubilee Events! My favorite aspect of weddings is the creativity and attention to detail. I love watching events come together in a way that really speaks to who our couples are! I love getting to know our couples and making them feel happy and stress free on their big day!
When I'm not working this side of weddings, you can find me at the forefront of another wedding based company called Upstyle! A hair and makeup brand that brings out your natural beauty! I love working weddings so much you can find me on almost every side of it! I do work a lot but when I'm not you can find me at the pottery studio, lounging on the beach, or on weekly date nights with my guy Peter, either out to dinner or lounging on our couch watching The Summer I Turned Pretty with our two cats!

Either a rewatch of one of my favorite shows - Shameless, Sons of Anarchy, Grey's Anatomy, or the new seasons of Only Murders in the Building and Traitors. Truth be told, I set aside plenty of time to get into books these days - it's a good balance for the brain. Anything by Freida McFadden or a good thriller to keep me hooked!

Bridal hats. Love me a classic veil, but the all lace brimmed beauties are dying to get their return!

It's a tie between the vows and dancing. The vows teach you so much more about the couple, while dancing is when everyone releases their inhibitions.
My favorite part of a wedding
The day goes by so fast. Don't keep looking to what's next or wondering where you're supposed to be. Your team will take care of that so you can be in the moment. You don't get that time back, so it's important to be in the experience you've worked so intentionally to create!

Adrianne Lenker is my all time favorite singer songwriter, her work is unbelievable in both her solo work and in Big Thief! You also might find me listening to Call Her Daddy or Good Hang with Amy Poehler!
