Jubilee Events is a full-service planning and design company! This means we work with our couples from start to finish on the entirety – or a very large majority – of their planning process. About half of our couples come to us with a venue secured while others are starting from square one. In either case, we’re ready to dive right in.
We’re proud to stand in the longevity of our business, and we built our services this way to give our couples access to our resources and experience. We’re as supportive and collaborative as we are honest and aim to make this celebration stand out as your own. We once heard that the most memorable events are those built around the person or people they’re celebrating. Full Wedding Weekend Design, Planning & Coordination
Our Full Service wedding weekend design, planning and coordination package gives you the full experience of having a wedding designer and planner during all the moments of your wedding weekend. We realize it’s more about just this one day, and our couples and their families love taking advantage of spending as much time with their loved ones as they can, and making sure the fun is in no short supply.
We work with you to source each venue or location for your weekend and all the finer nuances and thoughtfulness that go into each celebration. Whether you’re a pool party type of couple or you’d like a camping experience for your guests, we can’t wait to learn more!

Our Full Service wedding design, planning and coordination package gives you the full experience of having a wedding designer and planner and focuses solely on your wedding day. We offer our full support and resources along every step of curating a celebration that fully envelopes you and your fiancé.

are you flexible with your service fees?
To an extent, yes! Our custom proposals outline a set of services that combine together to curate a personal, effective, and intentional process from start to finish. We've been a part of hundreds of events over the last decade +, so we know what works and what doesn't. That being said, our clients have found us during various stages of the process, so we're always happy to customize a package to provide you with the best level of support!

Where do you produce events?
We have roots both in Connecticut and North Carolina and can provide a local, tailored experience to our couples all along the East Coast. We’ve done events in all of New England, throughout the Carolinas (North and South), and even Florida. Our experience with a variety of venues and locations ensures fresh eyes and the ability to excel in any space, no matter the parameters or preferences.

Here's the thing: we aren't here to overtake the plans and leave you out. We are collaborating WITH you to make your day as personal and meaningful as it should be, and ensuring sanity, support, and advocacy for the success of your event and all who are a part of it. We often equate event planning to building a house - you want to be sure you have the best and right contractors and team to guide you through what you don't know to build an exceptional end-result.

Either or! We've worked with clients who have come to us with a venue secured and others who need assistance getting this important element started. We offer a comprehensive venue research service to kick things off on the right foot to provide a full understanding of how your space will encourage the process, your budget, and the rest of the decisions that unfold!
